The Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, today announced the UK/Turkey Strategic Partnership plan at a press conference with Turkish Prime Minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, at Number 10 Downing Street. The UK and Turkey will hold six-monthly consultations across a range of issues of mutual interest.
