Change of Her Majesty’s Ambassador to to the Republic of Kazakhstan and Non-Resident Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic

Mr David Moran has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan and Non-Resident Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic and will take up his appointment during December 2009.

Mr David Moran has been appointed Her Majesty's Ambassador to the Republic of Kazakhstan and Non-Resident Ambassador to the Kyrgyz Republic in succession to Mr Paul Brummell who will be transferring to another Diplomatic Service appointment. Mr Moran will take up his appointment during December 2009.
