Change of travel advice to Guinea

We have changed our travel advice forthe Republic of Guinea.  Following the death of President Conte, we are monitoring the situation in the Republic of Guinea closely and are concerned by reports of a military coup.

Change of Governor to Anguilla

Mr Alistair Harrison CVO has been appointed Governor of Anguilla in succession to Mr Andrew George who will be retiring from the Diplomatic Service. Mr Harrison will take up his appointment during April 2009.
