Return, Refund, Cancellation Policy

• If a customer cancels an application before work is done on it or we are unable to carry out the work requested, they will be refunded in full.
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE UNSUCCESSFUL LOCAL DOCUMENT SEARCHES OR SEARCHES OF CONSULAR RECORDS

• If they overpay, we will refund the excess.

• Once any work has been carried out (i.e. the application has been sent to post), no refund will be given.

FCO Delivery Policy

• Payment must be taken before any work will be done on an application.

• Any applicable, outstanding excess charges need to be paid before a document is sent to the applicant

• Please ensure you print off the Barclaycard payment confirmation page which shows your payment reference and date and time of payment. This information mustbe submitted with the rest of your documents, or we will not be able to process your application.
