It’s our goal to prevent and resolve conflict. We believe the international community can react more quickly and effectively to emerging conflicts and better support post-conflict peacekeeping and stabilisation.

Our staff are working around the world to tackle the causes of conflict by promoting and developing human rights, democracy and good governance.

The Goldstone Report

On 16 October the UN Human Rights Council endorsed the Goldstone Report on Israel's war on Gaza. The UK did not participate in the vote.
