Known issues

We are currently investigating and fixing these known issues:

  • email alerts - some people are not getting the email alerts they have asked for - please include your username and the alerts you are no longer getting so we can help you faster
  • LOCATE registration service - some people are having problems registering with LOCATE - the tool does not recognise some email addresses
  • Foreign embassies in the UK - our directory of foreign embassies in the UK is missing - this is being rebuilt, but your can download our temporary PDF for a full list
