Do I Need An ATAS Certificate?

You only need an ATAS certificate if you are a Postgraduate Student, and you require a visa to study in the UK, or wish to extend your current leave to remain as a student.

If you already have a valid visa you do not need to apply for an ATAS certificate. However if you are applying an extension to stay in the UK, and your course is in one of our categories below, you will need to apply for ATAS clearance.
