TCI Constitutional and Electoral Reform Adviser
The Overseas Territories Directorate of the FCO is looking to appoint an expert to head a small team which will put forward proposals for constitutional and electoral reform in the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI).

Training provision for Dispute Resolution Skills
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office is seeking a training provider to provide dispute resolution skills training to a volunteer cadre of its staff. Further details of our training needs are set out in the terms of reference document set out below. At this stage we are only inviting expressions of interest. But only companies which meet the minimum standard, as set out the evaluation criteria of the terms of reference, will be be invited to tender in full.
Interested parties should send expressions of interest to cpg.tenders@fco.gov.uk quoting reference CPG01452 no later than 29 October 2009.

Caspian and Central Asia Adviser
