We run the FCO's global estate network.  Our estate investment programme, part of the FCO's change programme, provides new build and refurbished offices and accommodation on our estate. Our asset recycling programme releases capital from inefficient or surplus properties.

Facilities Management

Contract management of FM services within the UK and 14 overseas Posts in NW Europe.  These services include:

  • management of residential properties at Post

The FM Client Unit's role is to ensure a safe and compliant estate through monitoring the delivery of all the contracted services.
