Buildings in the UK

The FCO estate has many buildings in the UK, including our head office at King Charles Street in Westminster, london.

We also own and manage Lancaster House and Wilton Park which are buildings which we use for conferences and events.

King Charles Street

Architect, George Gilbert Scott, designed the new Foreign Office as 'a kind of national palace or drawing room for the nation' with the use of rich decoration to impress foreign visitors.

Lancaster House

Lancaster House, on the Mall in central London, is used extensively for government hospitality, and by outside organisations for conferences, meetings and entertaining.

Wilton Park

Wilton Park runs conferences covering a wide range of major international issues at its centre in West Sussex.
