Foreign Office summons Syrian Ambassador over Homs siege

The Syrian Ambassador to the UK was summoned to the Foreign Office this afternoon, where Permanent Under-Secretary Simon Fraser made clear the UK's condemnation of the atrocities being committed by the Syrian regime.
